Biblical Preaching for Churches in Need

Churches throughout the Northwest Independent Church Extension region (Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada) are eligible to request pulpit supply support. We give preference to those associated IFCA and to those theologically aligned with the our statement of faith. We review all other requests on a case-by-base basis and may reach out for additional information.

Please submit 4-6 weeks in advance to allow for scheduling and coordination. Last-minute requests (2 weeks and under) may be accommodated depending on availability.

Pulpit supply is a ministry aimed at supporting local churches and can be arranged free of charge. In some cases reimbursement for travel expenses and/or an honorarium of $150-250 is preferred. We will work with your budget when scheduling pulpit supply and will discuss any costs with you.

Please provide clear communication about service times, order of service and any relevant details. Promptly request any information needed for the bulletin or slides. And of course, please provide a warm welcome! Some churches chose to provide a meal after the service, but this is entirely at your discretion.

While each individual has a unique preaching style, we focus on expositional preaching. Our experienced speakers generally focus their sermons around understanding the original meaning of a Biblical text and exploring how it applies to us today.
