  • Shipping Methods: We use standard shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Occasionally, special promotions may offer discounted or free shipping.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping. 

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be encouraged and satisfied with your purchase. Because we are a small ministry, we cannot accept returns on most items. However, we will gladly make exceptions in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Incorrect Items: If we send the wrong product by mistake, please notify us within 14 days so we can correct the error promptly.

  • If an item is not what you expected, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to make it right. If an item is unused and in its original packaging, we may offer a return or refund once the item is received and inspected. In some circumstances, we may ask the buyer to cover the return shipping expense.

All profits received from the sale of items are used to continue the ministry of NICE. We value each person who supports our ministry through these resources.
